The experience-sharing sessions enabled participants to observe notable improvements in individual behavior, teamwork, community initiatives and ownership in each target site. The training also equipped participants in operating online CEP system to share their experience and evaluate the status of their CEP using SEE-CEP (Self Engagement Evaluation of Community Engagement Platform) monitoring system. The training also reviewed the animated facilitation videos to improve applicability at the community level.
The training also centered on gender mainstreaming, community facilitation, establishment of linkage among CEP, Chiwog Zomdu and Gewog Tshogde and making action plans to integrate the learnings with the planning and budgeting cycles at the Gewog level.
The refresher training served as an important platform for learning, reflection, and collaboration among target sites to achieve overall goal of inclusive governance and participation in making process at the local level.
