IMG_6717 2 (1).jpg471.62 KBA five-day capacity-building program on Result Based Management was given to the officials of Thimphu, Phuentsholing, and Gelephu Thromde at Paro. The training included an introduction to the RBM, Planning cycle, Budgeting, Local Governance, among others. The training was conducted under mixed-mode: virtual for high-risk areas and face-to-face for the low-risk area.
This program was third of its kind with the Thromde officials and it has been conducted to bring all relevant stakeholders fully on board, especially the daily functioning of the Local Government and understanding the local governance process.
The Department plans to conduct similar programs with other Local Governments for better understanding and coordination.
